Weekly Organizing Meeting

We are holding weekly meetings on Wednesdays at 7:00pm at the Whole Foods Market at Houston St. and 2nd Ave. We will be upstairs in the food court at a table with our flyers prominently displayed. This is your chance to get involved with TruthMove and help us organize upcoming events and street actions.

Harlem - 11th of the Month

We will be going to Harlem this Sunday in support of the TruthAction ‘11th of the Month’ campaign. We will be at 125th and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. at 1:00pm. This is a very supportive location and we encourage you to join us for a positive afternoon of street action.

Gasoline May Soon Cost a Sawbuck

Get ready for another economic shock of major proportions — a virtual doubling of prices at the gas pump to as much as $10 a gallon.

That’s the message from a couple of analytical energy industry trackers, both of whom, based on the surging oil prices, see considerably more pain at the pump than most drivers realize.

Gasoline nationally is in an accelerated upswing, having jumped to $3.58 a gallon from $3.50 in just the past week.
