"Environmental Militant Killed by Police at Discovery Channel Headquarters" (3 posts)

This does have some indications of being a false flag. This guy seems like too perfect an eco-fanatic and stereotypical population activist. How many times does he say "filthy human babies"? Looks like a great way to discredit real radical/rational environmental activists. He even mentions Daniel Quinn's book!? Of course any influence over this event could have come from several interests. And the guy was probably a ripe target, as usual.

Read this shit. Sounds like a right wing parody to me.

    1. The Discovery Channel and it’s affiliate channels MUST have daily television programs at prime time slots based on Daniel Quinn’s “My Ishmael” pages 207-212 where solutions to save the planet would be done in the same way as the Industrial Revolution was done, by people building on each other’s inventive ideas. Focus must be given on how people can live WITHOUT giving birth to more filthy human children since those new additions continue pollution and are pollution. A game show format contest would be in order. Perhaps also forums of leading scientists who understand and agree with the Malthus-Darwin science and the problem of human overpopulation. Do both. Do all until something WORKS and the natural world starts improving and human civilization building STOPS and is reversed! MAKE IT INTERESTING SO PEOPLE WATCH AND APPLY SOLUTIONS!!!!

Also, war must be halted. Not because it's morally wrong, but because of the catastrophic environmental damage modern weapons cause to other creatures. FIND SOLUTIONS JUST LIKE THE BOOK SAYS! Humans are supposed to be inventive. INVENT, DAMN YOU!!

    1. Saving the Planet means saving what's left of the non-human Wildlife by decreasing the Human population. That means stopping the human race from breeding any more disgusting human babies! You're the media, you can reach enough people. It's your resposibility because you reach so many minds!!!

Or it's entirely plausible and genuine. (Your view is equally valid, to discredit true environmental problems.) It's interesting though that his site hasn't been taken down, he's dead.. O_o

Regardless this manifesto would make some people in our society quite excited.... There are plenty of sickos from either side of the political spectrum that would get off on this way of thinking. He's only expressing in public what many social-darwinists believe in private and perhaps enact in government policy (?)

As Bill Hicks would say "That's one less gas station attendant.."

Interesting that there was more recognition in the "environmental movement" of the limits to growth and carrying capacity when our population was about half of what it is now and there was about twice as much primary forest on the planet.

This guy seems like a Manchurian candidate of some sort. Or merely nuts. Contemplating collapse is difficult, some respond constructively with gardens, farms, power down strategies, transition town, others see it as a "zero sum" game and support imperialism, still others become unstable psychologically as a result. Most people, unfortunately, merely shy away from looking at any of this at all, since once one recognizes these realities it's hard to forget what you know. Football, facebook, celebrities, nascar, pop music, shop till you drop, there are many distractions to keep people in their Brave New World trance.

But in nature, there are merely consequences.

from "Overshoot: The Ecological Basis of Revolutionary Change"

by William R. Catton, Jr. (1980: University of Illinois Press)

carrying capacity: maximum permanently supportable load.

cornucopian myth: euphoric belief in limitless resources

drawdown: stealing resources from the future.

cargoism: delusion that technology will always save us from

overshoot: growth beyond an area's carrying capacity, leading to

    crash: die-off.
