It's all a distraction. The left is just as guilty as the right. I don't care what Trump said about Sweden or the Bowling Green Massacre. The CIA is not going to save us from Trump. Fake news is the corporate media. Trump's attack on the media is not something I'm going to get all huffy about.
Trump will be the scapegoat and the system will go on.
There are many flavors of fake news, corporate media is part of it, so are the Alex Jonestown type efforts.
It's pathetic that it takes a president like Trump to get the media to be "adversarial." But of course, they're not going to start being adversarial to empire and oligarchy.
Hearing Democracy Now go on and on about Trump vs. the media is a distraction.
"Oh, how I long for those days of Obama, when everything going so smoothly with our benevolent little empire."
"The media is the enemy of the people" Yes, it is, but not for all the same reasons Trump thinks so.
