Richard W. Behan says his book, "Fraud and Apocalypse: the Backstory of George Bush’s Global War on Terrorism," is scheduled to be published by Ryan Grim’s Strong Arm Press. Behan is claiming that when Bush took office, Taleban’s offer to assassinate or extradite bin Laden was on Bush’s desk. Behan says Bush refused this offer four times before 9/11, and once after 9/11.
