Did the BBC effectively debunk this piece of evidence? They claimed that 9/11 truthers had gotten the 7-8 mile distance by plugging in the crash location and the furthest location where debris was found into google maps, and that the road distance was 7.9 or something while the direct distance was only 1 or 2.
Is this true? Have I been reciting bullshit evidence? Please help me clarify.

and take a look at the scale of miles legend on the left.
The road would have to go in a circle to be 8 miles but only cover 1 - 2 mi distance.
looks like the BBC was being a bit deceptive or sloppy.
actually, they do show the road as a circular route around a body of water (between indian lake and shanksville), but they didn't mention the other debris (engine, new baltimore)

You know they are getting desperate when they literally have to make things up to try to say about us . . .
It seems strange because they do have a lot of stuff to easily discredit us with, without having to go to these lengths. But I think this shows how very fundamental Fl 93 is -- once that comes out (if) it opens up the whole can of worms. Same for B7. So they have to protect these easy low hanging fruits with ever increasingly manipulative efforts.
